In honor of a national initiative to raise awareness and promote dialogue about Celiac Disease, local entrepreneurs kick-off the first ever, Keep Austin Gluten Free Dialogue and Vendor Fair during National Celiac Awareness Month in May.
On May 29, local doctors, food vendors, pharmacies and trade associations, along with children’s vendor “Games2U”, will be present to have fun while addressing a serious, yet little known illness called Celiac Disease which affects one in 133 people; nearly three million Americans nationwide. |

Kicking off the first ever, free for everyone, Keep Austin Gluten Free dialogue and vendor fair helps educate people about symptoms as well as offer recommendations and solutions on how to live a gluten-free life. |
